1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Purchase Terms") govern the sale of products offered on www.zahrahome.com (the “Website”), which is owned and managed by ZAHRA HOME, a company incorporated under the applicable laws of Pakistan, including all its legal successors and assigns.

1.2. Please read these Purchase Terms carefully before placing an order or using any service through the Website. By making a purchase, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms, which form a binding legal agreement. In addition to these Terms, you may also be subject to additional policies or vendor-specific terms shown with individual product listings ("Additional Terms"). Where conflicts arise, the Additional Terms will take precedence.

1.3. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we advise you not to proceed with purchases on this Website.

2. Our Business

2.1. ZAHRA HOME provides an online platform that enables customers to browse, purchase, and receive delivery of products (“Services”). Ownership of the purchased goods transfers from ZAHRA HOME to the customer upon successful transaction.

2.2. ZAHRA HOME reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Services at any time, without prior notice. Changes to the purchase process or conditions may be made at our discretion, and we hold no liability for any such alterations.


3. User Responsibilities

3.1. You are solely accountable for the way you use any products purchased through ZAHRA HOME. ZAHRA HOME bears no responsibility for misuse or negligent handling post-delivery.

3.2. By placing an order, you affirm that you are legally eligible to enter into contracts under the laws applicable in Pakistan.

3.3. ZAHRA HOME is not accountable for any issues arising from incomplete or deficient payments for items ordered on the Website.

4. Pricing and Product Information

4.1. The price applicable to each product is the one displayed at the time of your purchase.

4.2. ZAHRA HOME strives to provide competitive prices but does not promise to offer the lowest prices across regions. All prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notification.

4.3. Despite our best efforts, errors in product details or pricing may occasionally occur. In such cases, ZAHRA HOME reserves the right to either contact you for instructions or cancel the order with a notification. If your payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Payment Information

You may be required to enter credit or debit card details via our secure payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the card. ZAHRA HOME will not be liable for any unauthorized use. Payment data is protected and shared only when legally required or for fraud prevention.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Before processing payment, ZAHRA HOME verifies your shipping details. If delivery to your location is not possible, we may request an alternate address. ZAHRA HOME does not currently offer international delivery; however, orders can be placed globally with a valid Pakistan-based delivery address.

If you place multiple orders in one transaction, we’ll aim to ship them together—although this may not always be feasible.

7. Return & Replacement Policy

7.1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact ZAHRA HOME’s customer care team immediately.

7.2. All complaints will be verified. If the complaint is found valid, a replacement or repair will be arranged. Frivolous or unfounded claims may result in legal action and you will be held responsible for all related costs.

7.3. For returns or replacements, the following conditions must be met:

  • Notify ZAHRA HOME within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must remain unused and returned in their original packaging with labels, barcodes, and documentation.
  • ZAHRA HOME will attempt to arrange product pickup via our logistics partner. If not possible, we may request that you ship the product using a trusted courier within 24 hours. Courier charges will be reimbursed accordingly.
  • The item must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Exceptions apply for issues that were not reasonably detectable at the time of delivery.

7.4. Once your return is approved, a full refund of the original purchase amount will be issued either via online transfer or cheque, depending on the situation. Refunds typically take 10–21 working days to process. If the product can be repaired, ZAHRA HOME reserves the right to do so in lieu of a refund.

Note: Promo codes or vouchers used in the original order are non-refundable.

9. Warranties & Usage Claims

Warranty terms and usage instructions vary by product and are specified with each item. Any claims that contradict the usage guidelines or stem from improper handling will not be entertained.

10.1. You agree to indemnify ZAHRA HOME from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or related agreements.

10.2. ZAHRA HOME and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including (but not limited to) loss of data, profit, or business opportunity. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount paid by you for the relevant product(s).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

11.1. These Terms and your relationship with ZAHRA HOME are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

11.2. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore, and you consent to this jurisdiction.
