Do you deliver furniture all over Pakistan?
Yes! ZAHRA HOME offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including major cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and more. Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the location and size of the order.
How long does delivery take?
Typically, our furniture deliveries take 7 to 14 working days, depending on your location and the availability of the product. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
ZAHRA HOME offer Cash on Delivery for small items. For furniture orders, we
require a 100% advance payment to confirm your order due to the nature
and size of the products.
Can I customize furniture items?
Yes! ZAHRA HOME offer customization on selected furniture items including size, fabric, and color options. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to contact our team — we love helping you create your ideal piece.
What materials do you use in your furniture?
Our furniture is made using solid wood (such as Ash Wood, Acacia Wood, Rose wood, DDF and MDF), high-density foam, premium fabrics, and quality hardware. ZAHRA HOME focus on durability, comfort, and aesthetics to ensure long-lasting satisfaction.
Can I visit your Furniture showroom?
Absolutely! ZAHRA HOME welcome walk-ins at our Lahore-based Furniture showroom (CC-01 & CC-60, 2nd floor, Falcon Downtown, Fazaia housing scheme, Phase 1, Lahore) Or DHA (E 105 1-D, DHA Main Boulevard, New Super Town, Lahore, Pakistan) you can experience the quality of our furniture in person. Get in touch for directions and timings.
What is your return or exchange policy?
ZAHRA HOME currently do not accept returns on furniture unless the item is damaged during delivery or there’s a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund (Terms & Conditions Apply) depending on the issue. Please inspect items upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours. Moreover, our staff will try to get delivery satisfaction form signed for our record. In case if you cancel the Customized order, you amount will be forfeit since it will tailor made as per your requirements. Incase if the order is not customized and even not delivered in that scenario customer will not refund with the amount but can exchange the purchase.
Is assembly included in the delivery?
Yes, ZAHRA HOME offer free assembly on delivery at Lahore only. For other areas, we provide assembly instructions and customer support to help you set it up with ease.
Do you offer installment plans or financing?
ZAHRA HOME is working with bank partners to offer easy monthly installment (EMI) options. Please stay tuned or contact us directly for the latest updates on available payment plans.

Do you offer warranty on Furniture?
ZAHRA HOME provide one year warranty on locally crafted furniture items such as beds, sofas, chairs, tables, dining sets, dressing tables, and cupboards. However, please note that imported products and accessories are not covered under warranty. Foam has warranty of 08 Years however fabrics / Leatherettes have no warranty.
